Uploading to Magellan 315/320
It stayed that way until I started my PC in Safe mode and changed the resolution back to what it was. However I noticed my ViewSonic PF790 monitor's vertical refresh rate was now +60 Hz. It used to be +90 Hz. I am a relatively new PC user. Could someone thell me how to change it back?

According to the usual rule, at my age, my target pulse rate should lie between 111 and 128. Since I have to work up slowly, it takes me almost 15 minutes to get above 111, but I do get up close to 128 before I'm done. If I could go for an hour, it might make a difference, but I don't think my back could handle it.

I am running XP Home and have had no problems running my Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 740SB at 1024 X 768 32bit at a refresh rate of 85hz....until now. Every time I boot up my PC it now defaults to 60hz. The failure rate on my PC workstation is high because I "tinker it to death". My server has a low failure rate because I use quality (used) gear, I don't care if my PC catches fire (well, I do, but you know what I mean?).
