My monitor menu says my refresh rate is 60htz and that I need to change it to 75 using the PC and I am thinking this might be the problem but I do not know for sure, but I can't find how to do this using my PC. Any suggestions.

Transfer rate USB vs. Parallel?
Actually, the PC really *can't* do them properly - it can't guarantee the fixed frame rate, which means that all bets are off. That is true, it doesn't guarantee a frame rate. I myself have the refresh rate locked to my monitor refresh rate (75Hz), and that limits it from going faster...(which would be pointless

Since the release of the 220 patch, I have shown several friends Unreal on my home PC and asked what framerate they guessed it to be running at. A lot of things can factor into the frame rate on a PC such as virtual memory swapping and so forth. I will say that if you had one game showing at 30 fps and another
